The California Highway patrol had issued a sigalert impacting the fourth and fifth lanes in the eastbound direction.
Traffic was backed up for more than a mile into Hercules and Crockett, the California Highway Patrol said Saturday morning.
Drivers were advised to expect delays and use alternate routes.
But by 11:16a.m., all lanes have reopened.
The fire started around 8:40a.m.
This comes as a Red Flag Warning was issued for parts of Northern California including Solano County.
