System-wide delays put damper on Warm Springs BART grand opening in Fremont

The grand opening of the Warm Springs BART station in Fremont was met with huge delays after downed power lines bring delays system-wide.

FREMONT, Calif. (KGO) -- The first commute day for the system's new Warm Springs station in Fremont had a lot of commuters smiling, despite system-wide delays due to a downed power line at the West Oakland station.
