Alameda Harbor Bay Ferry spokesman Ernest Sanchez said morning trips have been canceled because of storm conditions and said that it has not yet been determined whether ferry service will resume in the afternoon.
The National Weather Service has issued high wind warnings that are expected to be in effect until 4 p.m. today.
