SONOMA, CA --
The Sonoma County Department of Transportation and Public Works is reporting 23 road closures or limited access because of flooding or downed power lines and trees this morning. on the tracks, with no estimate for reopening, BART spokesman Jim Allison said. There are traffic signal malfunctions because of power outages along Petaluma Hill Road and at Willowside Road and Guerneville Road, the department said.
Two Central and Guerneville refuse transfer stations also are closed because of power outages, the department said.
