So far, no one has had to evacuate, but neighbors are being extra cautious as the rain keeps falling.
"I'm going to be very nervous about going to bed tonight. Of course I don't have a window in my bedroom that faces that slide but the thought of having that mud sliding down onto my house, i don't like it at all," said Broadmoor Village Myra Centanni.
Police are keeping a close watch, too. They're patrolling the neighborhood with night vision binoculars, trying to spot any further deterioration of the hillsides.
