Officers responded to an apartment in the 1200 block of Dana Drive at about 8 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting, according to officials.
A 19-year-old girl was found suffering a single gunshot wound to her chest, police said.
The girl was transported to NorthBay Medical Center where she was pronounced dead at 11:09 p.m., police said.
The girl was 16 weeks pregnant and lived at the apartment with her mother, two brothers and her boyfriend, 19-year-old Antonio Williams, according to officials.
A preliminary investigation indicated Williams and the victim were in an upstairs bedroom in the apartment when witnesses reportedly heard a single gunshot ring out from that bedroom, according to officials.
Williams allegedly then walked out the front door, police said.
