Newsom has several events planned from meetings with Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai, Haifa Mayor Yonah Yahav, and a senior, foreign ministry official and participation in a clean-tech showcase.
The trip will also scheduled to coincide with Israel's 60th founding anniversary.
