Kelly had to come back from a big first round deficit, but it wasn't enough in the final round.
She had the right answer, but chose not to wager any money. Show publicists say Kelly joined the Jeopardy! Hall of Fame as its third-biggest money winner ever.
Kelly, a graduate student at UC Berkeley, is the show's all-time winningest woman.
