Ginger Simple Syrup
30 oz. syrup
8oz. piece of ginger
16oz. sugar
2 cups of hot water
· Stir until syrup consistency.
· Skin ginger using a spoon.
· Slice into small cubes
· Pour syrup into a blender, blend well.
· Strain 4 or 5 times until only liquid left.

11/2 oz Charbay green tea vodka
Fill with ginger beer
Muddle mint sugar lime, fill with ice, shake, strain over ice in bucket add ginger beer

1 oz ginger simple syrup
11/2 oz hanger one Buddha's hand
3 basil leaves
Muddle basil sugar lemon, fill with ice add vodka shake strain over ice into bucket.
