Napa fire burned 25 acres

NAPA, CA

A vegetation fire in unincorporated Napa County today burned about 25 acres and two outbuildings, according to fire officials.

The blaze was reported around 4:30 p.m. near 1920 Kelly Road in the area of American Canyon, Cal Fire officials said. The agency also received assistance from the Napa city and county fire departments.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire but not before it burned two outbuildings and threatened additional structures.

Fire officials remained on scene during the evening to continue to control the fire and mop up the area.
