Teens arrested following carjacking

Officers were called around 6:50 p.m. to the 3300 block of Yosemite Avenue on reports of the attempted robbery and carjacking, police said.

Officers located and arrested the two boys, both Oakland residents, and transported them to Juvenile Hall.
