The AMB TriPoint Business Park showcases how green construction does not just have to be for newly constructed buildings, but can be used to update and modernize older facilities, according to the city.
The office park is part of San Jose's Green Vision, a comprehensive 15-year plan to solve environmental problems and improve the local economy, according to the city. One of the goals of the plan is to build or retrofit 50 million square feet of green building space.
