Capt. Patrick Dunn said the fire in the converted Victorian home at 1034 Georgia St. was reported at 9:45 p.m. All occupants were safely evacuated, Dunn said.
The fire burned to the roof and caused an estimated $500,000 in damage, Dunn said. The cause is still under investigation.
