The rally takes about 120 cars on a 3,000 mile trek from San Francisco to the summer Olympics in Beijing.
The cars include Ferraris, Porches and classic Cadillacs.
Once the racers make their way to Las Vegas, they will be flown across the Pacific for the remainder of the race.
The cars will be on display in front of the Fairmont Hotel and nearby Sacramento and Taylor Streets beginning Saturday at 10 a.m.
