A new study sheds light on who is more likely to experience side effects from antibiotics.

The Centers for Disease Control says 80-percent of side effects were serious allergic reactions, ranging from rashes to severe shock.

Penicillin caused most of the incidents.

Infants under the age of one had the highest rate of side effects, and women of all ages were more likely to have reactions than men.
