The health benefits of nuts

From walnuts and pine nuts to macadamias and even pea nuts, nuts are a great source of protein and provide healthy fats for our heart. Nuts are fattening though and a little goes a long way. Walnut salad or muffins are both a great source of protein, as are pine nuts in salads and pesto sauce.
