Sgt. Keith Heiden said police consider the shooting a homicide. He said neighbors reported hearing shots at 53 Pizarro Ave. around 10:40 p.m. When police arrived, the garage door was open, Heiden said.
He would not say whether a weapon was found in the Lexus and did not comment on a motive for the crime.
"We're looking into several theories," he said. An autopsy on the victim is scheduled for later today, Heiden said. The man's name has not yet been released.
