The Vallejo City Unified School District on Wednesday approved a cyber bullying ban, and the district sent a letter to YouTube requesting it pull all school fights from its site.
YouTube has complied, and is asking all of its users to help police the site.
Vallejo's cyber bullying measure prohibits students from recording and posting fights, and also bans students from sending threatening or abusive text or email messages.
