2.3 earthquake shakes East Bay

The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting a 2.3-magnitude earthquake shook the East Bay on Sunday morning.

The earthquake hit at 9:20 a.m. with an epicenter about 4 miles west of Dublin and about 6 miles south of Danville, according to USGS.
