The bridges will link highway 1 with the Devil's Slide tunnels, and they cost $43 million to build.
The tunnels are scheduled to open in 2011.
They'll be named after former Representative Tom Lantos who secured federal funding to help build the by-pass around the dangerous coastal cliffs.
