The chase started after the report of a stolen pickup truck at about 4:45 a.m. in Alameda County, according to CHP Officer Ralph Caggiano.
The pursuit lasted for more than 30 minutes and ended when the suspect was taken into custody at about 5:20 a.m. in the 1800 block of Marina Vista in Martinez, Caggiano said.
