Some people have been told their ballots won't be mailed if there's insufficient postage, but the U.S. Post Office says that's not true.
However, ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, not just postmarked. So, postal workers say if the ballots weren't in the mail on Friday, it's best to drop them off in person or just vote in person.
