  • Teach girls that friendship doesn't depend on exclusiveness.
  • Convince boys at an early age that they are avid learners and sustain that image.
  • Encourage girls to express what they think and feel.
  • Learn about the difference in the learning style of girls and boys.
  • See boy's energy as integral to their development and join them in projects.
  • Make spending time with boys and girls the highest priority.
