Officers received a call around 6:30 a.m. reporting a body lying near the facility's front doors at 3131 Alum Rock Ave., Officer Jermaine Thomas said.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were no obvious signs of foul play and the death is not being investigated as a homicide, according to Thomas.
Police said the case is not connected to Planned Parenthood.
"Planned Parenthood has northing to do with this," he said. "It's just a pure coincidence."
