Teenage girl injured in shooting

Oakland police are investigating two separate Friday shootings, including one that hospitalized a teenage girl.

A shooting was reported at about 9:20 p.m. in the 1400 block of Seminary Avenue, according to police.

The teenage girl sustained a gunshot wound to her leg and was transported to a local hospital where she is in stable condition, police said.

No arrests have been made and no suspect information is immediately available.

Another shooting occurred earlier in the day when two men, including one armed with a shotgun, robbed two victims and gave one a minor head wound, according to police.

The shooting was reported at about 4:15 a.m. in the 2400 block of International Boulevard, police said.

A victim received a minor laceration to the head, according to police, who said no arrests have been made in this case.
