Web site tracks foreclosure eyesores

A Southern California man is now using the Internet to hold banks accountable for neglecting foreclosed homes.

Mark McKinzie has launched a Web site called LenderOffender.com. The site is designed to make banks ashamed of bank-owned and foreclosed properties that have become eyesores.

It allows people from anywhere in the country to post information and pictures of neglected properties, along with the names of the banks that owns them. Once the property is cleaned up, it is taken off the Web site.
