Pizza Hut
Go for the thin crust (with no cheese filling) and go veggie. Broccoli and other veggies will give the pizza "heft" without adding crazy calories.

Taco Bell
Order "Fresco-Style", which means items come with tomato salsa and no cheese. Get the chicken taco salad (fresco-style) with no tortilla bowl. You can save 400 calories

Pass the burger for a chili-stuffed baked potato -- no cheese. Potatoes are high in potassium and chili only has 220 calories

Remove the skin to drop 140 calories. The best side dishes are the mashed potatoes (no gravy) and green beans.

When ordering the egg mcmuffin, skip the cheese and ask them to exclude the margarine.
