Rice back at work at Stanford

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice started work back at Stanford Monday.

University officials say Dr. Rice is working out of the Hoover Institution.

She will not be teaching right away but plans to work on a memoir, due out in two years.

Rice was a Stanford provost for eight years. She stepped down to become President George W. Bush's National Security Advisor and then Secretary of State.
