Brendyn Crispell, 20, was arrested around 6:50 p.m. after police received reports of a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of McCue Avenue.When officers arrived, they found Crispell and the victim inside the vehicle. Crispell allegedly admitted to the sexual act after some questioning, police said.
He was arrested on charges of performing lewd acts with a child under 14 and oral copulation with a person under 18, and was booked into jail in Redwood City, police said. His bail was set at $100,000.
Police said Crispell had known the victim for four years.
Officers searched Crispell's house Tuesday and seized a computer and other items for analysis.
