YouTube pulls music videos in UK

YouTube is unplugging all its music videos in the United Kingdom after negotiations broke down with the group in charge of music royalties in Britain.

PRS for Music wanted to collect money every time a video was played on YouTube but the Web site said "no" and threw up a block.

Google bought YouTube in 2006 but so far, it has been unable to figure out how to turn a profit with the video sharing site.
