The conservative interest group Judicial Watch issued a report Wednesday reviving similar charges made in 2007. The group obtained documents detailing Pelosi's multiple requests for military air travel. They include e-mails from Pelosi staffers complaining whenever the speaker did not get the plane she prefers.

Pelosi's office says it complies with all Defense Department rules, and that she typically uses the same military plane as her Republican predecessor.

The Pentagon says it has received no complaints that Pelosi's demands where excessive.
