The Hi-Life Cafe there is tying the price of its dinner special to the Dow. So when the the Dow was at 9,000, dinner specials were selling for $9.

Now that the Dow is in the 7,000 range, the price of a blue light special has gone down to $7.

The restaurant says this is its own version of a bailout.
