Mission District art gallery robbed

San Francisco police are searching for suspects in the overnight burglary of a high-end art gallery.

The suspects removed the hinges of a large glass door to get inside the Michael Rosenthal Gallery in the Mission District.

At least seven large paintings were stolen, each about four feet wide. The value of the stolen artwork is estimated at about $100,000.

Police have not released any information about possible suspects.
