Fourteen people were killed, including a North Bay family.

According to the National Transportation Safety Board, the pilot twice asked to divert the flight from its original destination, but never gave a reason why.

Investigators have said "icing" may have caused the crash.

The victims include Doctor Erin Jacobson, his wife Amy and their three children ages two, three and four from Saint Helena, and nine other friends and relatives.
