Investigators believe Lovelle Mixon -- who died in a gunfight with police -- was one of two men who committed the robbery in February.
The second suspect is 22-year-old Cedric Daniels. He was arrested on Wednesday.
Mixon is charged with the shooting deaths of two Oakland motorcycle officers on March 21st.
He was killed in a shootout later that day at his sister's apartment in which two more officers were killed.
