Sheriff's spokeswoman Officer Paula Toynbee said Glen Hensis Liddle, 37, of Vallejo was arrested for Jacla's murder and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Solano County Superior Court. He is being held under no bail in the county jail.

Jacla's body was found on property in the 1200 block of Taylor Street in unincorporated Solano County near Vallejo after deputies responded at around 11:30 a.m. Sunday to a report of shots fired.

The Solano County Sheriff's SWAT team and a crisis negotiating team tried unsuccessfully to contact someone inside the residence, the sheriff's office said.

At 4:40 p.m. the SWAT team entered the house and found no additional suspects or victims, Deputy Daryl Snedeker said.

Liddle was found on the property and was arrested, Toynbee said.

Jesse Perez, 27, also was found on the property and was arrested for outstanding warrants and was booked into the Solano County jail under $50,000 bail, Toynbee said.

The jail booking log for Perez lists charges of burglary, receiving stolen property, stalking, vandalism and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize.

The homicide is still under investigation, Toynbee said. An autopsy on Jacla was under way Monday morning.
