/*Yusuf Bey IV*/ had been scheduled to be arraigned in Alameda County Superior Court on Wednesday for the August 2007 slaying of /*Chauncey Bailey*/. The Oakland Post editor was working on a story about the finances of Bey's now-defunct Your Black Muslim Bakery when he was shot multiple times while walking to work.

The 23-year-old Bey is also charged in two other slayings.

The arraignments of Bey and another bakery associate accused of driving the getaway van after Bailey's shooting were postponed until May 29. Newly appointed lawyers for the men said they needed more time to go over the cases before pleas could be entered.
