CHP: Lane change caused fatality in Sierra

A CHP investigation has concluded that a sudden lane change is what caused a deadly shuttle bus crash in the Sierra this past April that killed two people.

The bus was taking workers from Reno to the Resort at Squaw Creek when it veered off Interstate 80 and rolled at least once, before landing in a ditch.

The district attorney for Nevada County says it will be several weeks before he decides whether to file criminal charges against the driver.
