On Friday the dog was taken from Debby's SUV while she was inside a nearby Concord restaurant.
Debbie began posting flyers offering a $10,000 -- no questions asked reward -- for the Chihuahua-Yorkshire Terrier mix. After several false leads, Debbie got a text message with a picture of the missing dog and details for getting Lexi back.
Debbie agreed and has promised not to pursue the matter further saying it was worth $10,000 to get her pup back.
