This week, 30 spas and salons in San Francisco are offering half price deals on a variety of spa treatments that include manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, massages and hair treatments -- all at half the usual price.
The salons say it makes pampering affordable.
"People nowadays are really watching how they are spending their money and it gives them an opportunity to treat themselves and make sure they nurture and really heal their body and soul," said Mizu Salon co-owner Nancy Lo.
Among the offerings at Mizu Salon, a hot stone treatment with manicure and pedicure for $47. The specials run through this Sunday and you should make an appointment.
