Airlines have varying rules on how large your carry-on bag can be.
Now Congress is about to set a new uniform standard size for all carry-on bags. If approved,you won't be able to take bags onboard a plane if they're bigger than 22 inches long by 10 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. Items like car seats will be exempt.
