16-year-old Kamran Imran from Rohnert Park went to the kick off for the band's new tour in Seattle.
Lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong picked him out of the crowd and asked if he could play.
That lead to a nine-minute guitar performance.
The teen apparently impressed the 17,000 fans at the concert.
