Police say the man approached a woman as she was trying to unlock her car door near the intersection of Cherry and Laurel Streets.
They say the man grabbed the victim and assaulted her. The victim screamed, pushed the suspect away and ran off.
Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic man with black or dark brown hair, clean shaven and about six feet tall. He was last seen wearing a clean white t-shirt and dark baggie jeans.
