The latest ABC News-Washington Post poll shows President Obama's overall approval rating is now at 59 percent.
It is the first time he has slipped below 60 percent and his approval rating is now six percentage points lower than one month ago.
49 percent of those surveyed support his handling of health care reform. That is down eight points from April.
