/*Fairfield*/ police said detectives made progress in the investigation Wednesday following the robbery of a Bank of America in Yuba City. Yuba City police arrested George Emseih, 20, of Fairfield, and Aaron Watts, 21, of Oakland and Fairfield, following a high-speed chase after the robbery.

Investigators then identified Cory Edwards, a 27-year-old Fairfield man, as a primary suspect. Fairfield detectives spotted him driving away from his home on Champagne Court and attempted to stop the vehicle.

Police said a high-speed chase ensued and the driver, Chester Jackson, a 26-year-old Fairfield man, and Edwards attempted to flee on foot in the Paradise Valley area.

Jackson was arrested following an extensive search, but Edwards remains at large. Edwards is described as a black man, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a distinct mark or dimple in the center of his chin, police said.

A no-bail robbery warrant has been issued for Edwards through Sutter County. Fairfield police said he may be driving a silver 2005 Chrysler Crossfire with California license No. 6CNZ793.

He is known to spend time in both Fairfield and Oakland.
