After Phillip Brunelle won $1,000 on a scratcher ticket Sunday, he went back to the store to buy five more. One of those tickets was a million dollar winner.
"You hear about these things happening all the time, but you never think it's going to be you, especially twice in one night," Brunelle said.
Brunelle's luck eventually ran out. His car's tire went flat a few hours later.
