About 1,500 tickets were distributed to the crowd before dawn by the non-profit group Remote Area Medical.

The free medical, dental and eye care is being provided to those who can't afford treatment otherwise.

The clinic will continue all week. The agency is based in Tennessee and typically serves patients in rural areas or underdeveloped countries.
