It all began about 5:00 a.m. when police got a 911 call saying someone had been shot inside the underground garage at Eddy and Fillmore streets.
It does not appear anybody was shot, but police believe the alleged shooter was still be hiding in the garage.
The SFPD reported the scene secure and no arrests were made
