Officials expect to contain Geyserville fire

A fire that has burned hundreds of acres near Geyserville is 75 percent contained Tuesday morning and full containment is expected late Tuesday, Cal Fire officials said.

The blaze, dubbed the Pine Fire, has burned about 350 acres.

The fire was reported at about noon Monday near the 10-mile marker on Pine Flat Road, east of Geyserville and west of The Geysers.

Six structures were threatened but none burned, Cal Fire officials said.
