Toyota wants CA to repay $2M for NUMMI training

Toyota -- which is closing the factory -- wants California to repay it the $2 million it spent training workers.

The automaker says it deserves to be paid back under an agreement with the state's employment training panel.

The plant is scheduled to close next March, putting nearly 5,000 employees out of work.
